We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for nurturing existing Business 2 Business customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, excellent computer skills and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.
-Generate outbound calls, emails, and other marketing efforts.
- Conduct presentations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate strategies and maximize sales potential.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and fulfillment, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and product preferences to help shape future sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance skills and performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in inside sales and/or customer service, preferably in [industry or field relevant to the company].
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
